Zookeepers club has been running for over twenty five years under the watchful eye of Dr Lennard.  Students coming to Zookeepers learn about the animals we keep in school and how to look after them.

The club started off with goldfish from the school pond but soon took on piranha fish, locusts, and spiders.

We currently have colonies of giant hissing cockroaches and stick insects, which the students care for and handle.

Another firm favourite is Nyoka, the corn snake, who lives in a plant pot and is very inquisitive.

Zookeepers club meet each week and is open to any student interested in caring for animals.
