National Curriculum Citizenship is taught in Personal Development Studies lessons in KS3 and in extraction PD lessons at KS4. GCSE Citizenship Studies is offered as a mini-option as well so that learners can opt to gain a qualification in the subject.
In the wider curriculum, active citizenship is a strong tradition at Lady Manners School with students frequently taking the lead to create a better, fairer community and environment.
