There are many different roles and ways to support the school which require as little or as much time as you can give. Alternatively there are other ways to support the school by donating funds or prizes which will help with fundraising for the development of resources and facilities available to all students at Lady Manners School.

We are looking for someone to take on this rewarding role. No experience is needed and you will have the support of our dedicated PTFA committee and school staff. The time commitment is flexible and can fit around your other responsibilities. The role includes attending PTFA meetings, acting as the main point of contact between the PTFA and school leadership, helping to plan fundraising events and ensuring that funds raised are used effectively to support our students.

This role needs someone to support the Chair and to deputise for them in their absence. It will involve attending meetings 3 to 6 times per year as well as attending some of the events to help promote the work of the PTFA.

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic volunteer to help promote our PTFA events, including our Balloon Race and other fundraising activities.

The role will involve creating social media posts, sharing event information, and helping to spread the word across the school community.

No marketing experience needed – just creativity, enthusiasm and confidence using social media.

Enthusiasm and communication skills are needed to co-ordinate the willing number of volunteers. The register needs to be kept up to date with current contact details and availability. Rotas are needed for some events.

We are looking for someone to complete and co-ordinate the applications for grants and awards that might be available. Ideas to attract funding would also be very helpful.
