Last week, our Year 7 netball team went to Dronfield Henry Fanshawe School to compete in the annual county netball tournament.
The afternoon proved very successful as the team came away with the silver medal, narrowly missing out on gold on goal difference.
We played 6 other teams from schools across Derbyshire, winning all but one.
The girls played a fantastic standard of netball and show real talent and promise for the future but, most importantly, played with great spirit and sporting etiquette. They really showcased all skills essential for a strong performance in team sport.
We are very proud of the whole team!
