Members of the farming club were visited by Alex Fisher from the Derbyshire Wildlife Trust last week. Alex gave students a presentation that explored sustainable farming methods and gave students an opportunity to ask questions and reflect on what we can do to protect our environment.
We are very grateful to Alex for giving us his time and for the excellent, informative presentation. We look forward to working with the Derbyshire Wildlife Trust in the future. Thanks also to our friends at Bakewell Farming Life Centre for arranging this visit.
