We celebrated European Day of Languages last week.

Multilingualism was championed by many members of staff who contributed to language posters around the school.  Some of the posters showed our favourite words, some were memories and others admitted to linguistic mistakes that they had made in the past.

KS3 students were invited to complete a quiz to find the answers on the posters around school. Questions included “How do you say ‘woof’ in French?”.  “Which teacher used French as a cheat code on his PlayStation?”

Every completed entry received a French sweetie and was put into a prize draw.
